Role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic staffing positions, ensuring quality matches between candidates and client households.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique household needs and provide expert guidance on staffing solutions.
  • Manage candidate and client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify top-tier domestic professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in domestic staffing.
  • Provide timely and transparent communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven 4+ years experience as a domestic staffing recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the domestic staffing industry and an understanding of household dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, utilizing years of expertise to identify suitable candidates that align with client needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of onboarding procedures, leveraging years of experience to optimize the process for maximum effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the placement period, drawing on years of experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in coordination or administrative roles, with a preference for demonstrated expertise in staffing or recruitment acquired over years of dedicated service.
  • Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills honed over years of navigating complex schedules and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, cultivated through years of experience in maintaining meticulous records.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, reflecting years of experience in utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, drawing on years of experience in roles that require utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills developed over years of fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
